Youth
Our Youth ministry seeks to assist parents in the spiritual growth of their children. God never designed a youth ministry to be a substitute for parental shepherding. We emphasize the home as the primary center of instruction and example. The focus of our Youth ministry is to teach young people the word of God so that they may grow spiritually and know how to deal with the world in which they live. Our Youth Sunday School meets on Sunday mornings at 9:30 AM. Jacob Young will soon be leading the youth through a study of the book of 1 Thessalonians.
Jacob leads the youth ministry. He is assisted by his wife, Andrea, who is such an encouragement and role model for the students. We are honored to have them involved in this critical ministry.
Jacob meets with the youth on Wednesday evenings at 7 PM. They have a time of accountability and prayer, discussion time, and also indoor/outdoor game time.
